Will they need help getting started?
If they can send a photo on WhatsApp, they already know how to begin. Pomnyu guides them through each step. No new app or account needed.
Can they photograph a printed photo?
Yes. A phone photo of an old print is enough to get started. For the best results, photograph it in good light and avoid glare.
How do I give them the gift?
After payment, you’ll personalise a digital gift card and choose how to activate their package: link it to their WhatsApp number, or share a gift code through a ready-made link. They open the chat and send the first message to begin.
Which languages are available?
Hebrew, Russian and English. You choose their preferred language when preparing the gift.
Does the gift expire?
No. They can enjoy their photos and videos at their own pace, with no expiry date. And when the gift runs low, you can add a top-up at any time through WhatsApp. We will also let you know by email when their package is running low.
What if a photo doesn’t turn out well?
After each restored photo, they can ask us to try once more, with one tap, at no extra cost. Results vary with the original photo, and some details may not be recovered accurately.
